workmanship. Warranty is limited
to replacement of defective unit only. Warranty does not cover worn or
frayed rope and rubber coating on hooks or damage caused by misuse, abuse,
altered or use in contrary to Quickie Tie Down Enterprises, Inc.
instructions. No need to call for authorization. Write your reason for the return and mail postpaid to
the address below. No other warranty is expressed or implied
from Quickie Tie-Down Enterprises, Inc.
Limitations of Liability: Any liability for consequential
and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Quickie Tie-Down
Enterprises, Inc.'s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not
exceed the purchase price paid.
CAUTION: WARNING Carefully check work load prior to
using the Quickie Tie-Down. DO NOT EXCEED LOAD LIMIT OF THE
QUICKIE TIE-DOWN. Inspect rope and unit before each use. Do
